Josh and Trish Goodwin are the owners of He Delivers. This marriage has turned their personal experience and passion for helping others into a successful moving and delivery business. When Josh was young, his family moved around a lot. By the time he was 17, he had relocated 18 times already. That's how he came to understand this process's challenges very deeply and intimately. After earning their degrees in Business Management from ASU, the couple started He Delivers in 2011. At first, it began as a furniture delivery service. But very quickly, it expanded into a full-scale moving company. They serve both residential and commercial clients. The He Delivers team can do it all, be it room to room, house to house, or house to storage. The company has its own storage warehouse for your convenience. In addition to their moving services, they opened Earthly Treasures in 2016, an antique and resale shop with over 80 vendors and consignors. Josh and Trish are also very involved with their community. Josh serves as a youth pastor, volunteer firefighter, and elected city council member. Their commitment to family, faith, and community has made He Delivers a trusted name in Cushman, AR.

Factors Included in the Score: Combines unsafe driving, hours of service, driver fitness, substance use, and vehicle maintenance measures into a single metric.
Weight Distribution: Each factor is weighted based on its impact on safety, with unsafe driving and compliance having the highest influence.
Data Sources: Derived from regulatory records, inspection results, and carrier-reported data, ensuring a robust and accurate evaluation.
Use of the Risk Score: Helps stakeholders identify high-risk carriers, prioritize interventions, and promote safer practices across the transportation industry.
